At The Ultimate Party DJs, we believe your evening and the music should reflect you and your guests. That’s why we provide every client with access to their own event planning portal, giving you full control over the key details of your event and your music choices.
Through the portal, you can create a personal request list ahead of your event, highlighting must-play tracks and letting us understand your musical preferences in advance. This allows us to prepare properly and deliver a night that feels personal, seamless and perfectly suited to your crowd.
If you’d like to involve your guests too, we can also set up a dedicated guest request area. This allows guests to submit a limited number of song requests before the event, helping us build a picture of the crowd while still keeping everything under control. You’ll always have the opportunity to review requests beforehand, so nothing comes as a surprise on the night.
How It Works

Create your login for the event planning portal using the 'log in to my portal' link below (First time users select “New User Registration” at log in screen)

Complete your event planning form within the portal

Use the 'My Request List' link below to add your personal song requests

Contact Mark if you’d like a guest request area set up for your event
Once created, guest request areas can be accessed via the link below.
Please note: guest request areas are created by our team and require login details, which will be provided once the area has been set up. All planning details are securely managed through our DJ Intelligence system.
